EVENT CONCEPT

This event was cancelled due to rain.
Join us for International BBQ Party at Lake Biwa!
It’s a perfect event to meet new people and chill out in the nature!!
You can enjoy swimming in the lake, of course!
Please bring your bathing suit and towel!!

We will prepare Yakisoba noodles and BBQ marshmallows.
Please bring your own drinks (BYOB).
You can also bring food if you want! You can use the BBQ grills.


Omi Maiko beach is one of the famous Lake Biwa beaches which is located just 1 hour from Osaka Station by train.
Adv. reservation is required. Sign up now!!

2,500 yen (+500 yen for Japanese men)
※Includes Yakisoba noodles, BBQ marshmallows, BBQ grills, charcoals, plates, chop sticks, salt & pepper, Japanese BBQ sauce, picnic sheets and BBQ fee (500yen). Please bring your own food for BBQ and drinks.
Advance payment is required via bank transfer or paypal.

・Drinks are not provided, so please bring your own drinks. You can buy on the site.
・You can bring any food as you like.
・Underage drinking and smoking are not allowed.
・The organizers cannot be held liable for any injuries, accidents or trouble which might occur during this event. We ask that all participants take responsibility for their own actions on the day.
・There is no refund for cancellation after 3pm on Sep. 11th (wed).
・If it rains hard on the day, the event will be cancelled. (We’ll refund the fee.)
Any kind of solicitation (such as for other events, network business, etc.) are not allowed during the party and even at a later date.
